The main purpose of creating a profile is to help you find more construction and trade work in your local area or province. We help clients find your expertise and you find more projects where and when you want.
Who can create a profile?

We enable workers, contractors, companies and corporations in a multitude of building, construction and trade industries, to create a profile helping to gain more jobs and work in their local area.
Is my profile verified and checked?

Yes. We verify every company, contractor or worker registered on our site. We ensure a high standard of expertise and skills are provided to our clients. Every entity registered on our site undergoes a strict evaluation to make sure the information that is provided is correct.

Can clients contact me on my profile?

Yes. Our website visitors and potential clients have access to your contact information directly in searches and via your profile. If you want to receive project invitations and quote requests via our site, you must become a member.
Can I choose what notifications are sent to me?

Yes. You can change what email notifications are sent to you at any point by visiting your profile, under your ‘Settings‘ tab, select ‘Email‘. Here you can select the email notifications you want to receive in your inbox.
How can I change my email and password?

You can change your email and password anytime. Go to your profile, under your ‘settings‘ tab, select ‘General‘ and you can change your email, and create a new password.
How can i delete my profile?

You can delete you company profile by going to your profile page, under your ‘settings’ tab.

Questions related to inviting companies to quote

Can I create a profile for free?

Yes. It is 100% FREE to create a company or contractor profile. Your profile will help you get found by clients looking for suitable skills and expertise for their building project.
How many jobs will I receive?

The amount of project invitations you will receive is dependent on your location and the market demands for certain industry types. This number could range from 1 – 10 quote requests per day.
How many estimates are sent to projects?

We allow a maximum of 5 estimates from different local businesses to be sent on a first come first serve basis.
How can I add animations to blocks?

Most core blocks have animation supported added. You can add and change transition effects without needing any code.

How do I send a quote?

You can provide an estimate however you want. Whether you quote with a phone call, an email or quotation software, ensure you are timely with your responses and stick with your agreements.
What do i send in an estimate?

It is important that you provide an estimated cost or price per m2 in your quotation to give the client a better understanding of your pricing. Follow our trade guidelines to create better estimates here .
How can I save user dark mode preferences?

Cookies can be used to store user dark mode settings when clicking the toggle switch
How can I delete my profile?

We recommend using the create block theme plugin to create your own child themes. With a little know-how, they can be the perfect way to build your own website. They inherit all of the parent theme’s design which saves you a tonne of work and provides a head start for your next project.

Questions related to receiving quotations

When will I receive my quotation?

It depends. Some arrive in just a few hours or even minutes of creating a project. Sometimes it could take a number of days. We encourage all partners to send quotes as soon as possible.
What if I am unhappy with my quote?

You can contact the company and ask them to recalculate. Or remove them from your projects list and request another company to send a quote.
Do I have to except a quotation?

No. All quotations provided by partner companies are non-obligatory, you are not obliged to accept any quote from companies.

How many quotes will I receive?

For every project created, you can expect to receive up to 5 quotes from different companies to compare.
Can I choose which companies quote?

YES. Simply create a project and you can invite the companies you want to receive a quotation from.
How will I receive the quotation?

Some companies will call you to confirm their rates, others will send an email outlining the costs of the project. You can of course specify how you would like to be contacted when you post a project.
